In the windows help you will see a place where you can invite a friend to help. Clicking on this will walk you through allowing remote access and allows you to send it from the wizard. However I have found that its much better to save the file and email it. Firewall and security software can interfere with connectivity. The friend will receive an email with a link that will connect them to your computer in which they can control it just as if they were there.
