Favorite Shortcut Keys

Alt + f4

This is so useful for shutting down programs. Alt and F4 on the keyboard closes the current active program.  If you keep hitting it you will eventually get to the shut down screen for windows.  If you ever had a virus scare you use alt +f4 to quickly shut everything down and reboot your system.

Ctrl  -/+

 This is so useful when browsing the internet.  Use Ctrl and + or – to zoom in or zoom out.  These are great for quickly scanning over pages and then zoom in on the important spots.
