Cartridge works has had a long time relationship with Computer Problems, inc. We have shared a large number of customers. On October 18th Computer Problems acquired Cartridge Works. The marriage of the 2 technologies will allow us to provide our clients with additional cost saving services. Changes our clients can expect will be focused around 3 areas. First, customer service, our mission is that Relationships equals difference. We are adding account managers to develop relationships with our clients.
