Save on Ink and Toner

Did you know that printing in “Draft Mode” can reduce your cost by as much as 50%. Amazingly, you can barely see the difference. To learn how to print in draft mode on your printer simple search Google, Bing or Yahoo for this term “print in draft” and your printer model. For example I would search for “print in draft mode HP 4600″. If you need help with this give us a call.

Did you know that the majority of you printing costs can be attributed to printing unnecessary clutter? For example, a web page, when you print an article or recipe, you get all the ads and pictures surrounding the actual content you’re seeking. You can eliminate this waste by simply selecting what you want to print and printing that only. To select text, put your curser over the beginning of the text and click and hold the click down, now simply drag the mouse to the right and down until all the text your seeking appears highlighted, it usually turns blue. Once you have the desired content selected you can let go of the mouse button. Now with the content selected you can click print or hit Ctl and P simultaneously. Once the print dialog box appears simply select the option “Selection” in the page range option, then click “Apply“, and then click “Print”. Sounds more complicated than it really is, please try it a few times and it will become a habit.

One final way to reduce your printing cost. It you don’t take advantage of the previous tip then consider printing in “Gray Scale” also known as black and white. Black supplies are usually the lowest in costs compared to color. Once again if you need help figuring out how to print in “Gray Scale“, simply perform an internet search. For example, “Print in grey scale hp laserjet 4600″.

Finally, if you combine these money saving tips with our printing products, and our up to 50% savings over our closest competitor, you could reduce your printing budget by hundreds and in some cases thousands.

I am married, to Lynn for 36 years. And volunteer in several Church committees, as well as NC chili cooks for charity. My hobbies include antique hunting and restoration of old but beautiful solid wood pieces.

After being in Sales for over 40 years, I now work part time in delivery of quality money saving products for business. I also do minor repair and cleaning when needed on laser printers. I collect recyclables and ship usable empties to their respective locations. We recycle about 95% of all toner and ink cartridges.

My experience in sales taught me that listening to the customers needs is better than talking. Listening is also quicker in finding a solution to those needs. It is also okay to pick up the phone and call, rather than text or e.mail your accounts, or even set an appointment and go by and speak to customers..

A couple of thoughts: If psychics are so good why don’t they call you? If Business Coaches are so good why are they not business owners?

Working with Rodney is a good experience.

Hi, I’m Rodney Everhart, president of Computer Problems?, inc. I am married and have 6 wonderful children, 5 boys 1 girl. I graduated from Davidson County Community College in 1999. Two years later I started Computer Problems?, inc.

Now that you have a little back ground on me, I want to elaborate on my philosophy. Family, I have plenty to cherish. I couldn’t be more proud of all my children. Three of the six have now graduated from High School. One of which is currently serving our country abroad. I have enjoyed watching my children grow into young men. However, I must admit I learned a lot from my children; I was young when I started my family. I guess you could say we grew up together. I believe my appreciation for our time together says they did a great job of raising me.

I attribute my success to my philosophy. I am what I consider to be open-minded. When it comes to politics, I vote. However, before I vote I listen and watch the debates and make my decisions on first-hand knowledge. I am registered with a particular party but it doesn’t mean I vote one or the other. I vote for whoever I feel has the best plan for the majority. I stand behind those who I voted for; I truly believe they are doing their best. I am a very trusting person, and I believe at the heart of everyone they truly want to do what is right. I hear people complain about taxes, or their current situation. This is a key component to my philosophy: Certain things in life are what they are and you have little or no control over these. Taxes is one of these, the sooner you accept they are, the sooner you can focus that time to further success in another area of your life. If you have to pay a lot of taxes then it probably means you made more money. Even if you didn’t make more consider for a moment if you worry and complain an hour a day for the duration of a 4 year term, you have spent 36 forty hour weeks on this effort. That’s a year’s worth of college. I think if your unhappy with your current situation, it’s up to you to change it. Some people seem to be hoping for someone or something to happen that will turn their situation around on a dime, not going to happen.

Helping others is one of the most amazing feelings I think a person can experience. One day I hope my business will be able to support me spending my time helping others. In the mean time I offer my help to anyone who may ask. I especially enjoy sharing my business experience with other business owners. If I can help another avoid disaster based on my experiences I have succeeded in helping. I also like to help encourage people to better themselves through my experiences of growing up disadvantaged and having to work and scratch to get by. I owe a great deal of gratitude to those who have shared their stories and experiences with me. One person can only experience so much, but if all your friends share their experiences then you multiply your capacity to help someone.

Philosophy is the key to success in all parts of your life; however it must be continually evolving with life. The speaker Jim Rohn once said, “Change your philosophy, change your life”. I headed his advice and immediately saw results.

I want to give a special thank you to a few people. John Estep, My partner, My late grandfather Caldwell Everhart, taught me common sense, Bobby and Danny Everhart, my uncles and father figure, and my son Haven Everhart, my first child and he triggered the turning point in my life to make changes.
